This policy covers the Futr marketing website and waitlist at getfutr.app. The Futr mobile app has its own privacy policy, which applies once you create an account there.
This Privacy Policy explains how Futr Labs, Inc. (“Futr,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit getfutr.app and join our waitlist. Futr is a play-money social app — we never process real-money wagers or payments.
Information we collect
- Email address. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit so we can confirm your signup and notify you when access opens.
- Usage & analytics data. If analytics are enabled, we collect anonymized usage data — pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and referring site — to understand how the site is used.

We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

Children
Futr is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
