These terms govern the Futr marketing website at getfutr.app. Downloading and using the Futr app is governed by separate in-app terms and by the Apple App Store’s terms.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Futr Labs, Inc. (“Futr,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the website at getfutr.app (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site is a marketing website for Futr, a play-money social app for friendly wagers between friends, available on the Apple App Store. Futr uses virtual points for bragging rights only — there is no real money, no deposits, no withdrawals, and no gambling. The Site promotes and links to the app; your download and use of the app itself are governed by Futr’s in-app terms and by the App Store’s terms, not by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and the Futr app. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws that apply to you.
Downloading the app
The Futr app is distributed through the Apple App Store, and availability may vary by region. Following a link from the Site to the App Store does not guarantee that the app is available in your country or on your device.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
- Copy, scrape, or reuse Site content except as allowed by law.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Futr name, logo, text, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written permission.

We may modify or discontinue the Site, and update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
